The Organization has been participating in workshops organized by the National Peace Council, Ghana and the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Training Centre to keep the executive and members up to date on justice and peace initiatives in Africa.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Workplace Conflict Resolution: The Organization has been successful in working to resolve disputes at the workplace especially in cases such as unfair or wrongful terminations and to ensure peaceful relations between management and staff.

Education and Cultural Development
